- For ANY REASON, you OR a family member have tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results, please notify us and reschedule your appointment until after you receive a negative result. This applies even if the patient is asymptomatic or is tested as a precautionary measure.
- If the patient or anyone within your household has been instructed to QUARANTINE, please notify us and reschedule your appointment until after the quarantine period expires.
We ask for your continued help in containing the spread of the virus both in school and at home. Please wear face coverings, remain socially distanced, avoid large indoor gatherings, and wash hands frequently.
