It's time for our annual Halloween Costume Contest!

Text your full name with a picture of yourself or a family member in front of a Halloween-decorated house or Halloween setting to (914) 429-3838 to be entered into a drawing to win an Amazon gift card! We will post the contest entries on social media.

The prizes are:
1st place: $100 Amazon gift card
2nd place: $50 Amazon gift card
3rd place: $25 Amazon gift card

The deadline to enter the contest is Friday, November 3rd, at 2 p.m. EST. The winner will need to stop by our office to pick up their prize. You must be an active patient of Comizio Orthodontics to enter this contest.
